About

WHO ARE YOU

Political Science Major from NUS, final year. I focus a lot on South East Asia, and international relations is my weak point. A lot of my thoughts focus on succesful organizations. I’m Malaysian from KL.

My favourite drink is gin and tonic. :)

WHY DON’T I UPDATE REGULARLY

I only update when I have something to say that I think is worthy to write about. Otherwise, I won’t update. I’ll take the hit in readership. If I you think I should update more regularly, come onboard and you can write stuff here too… as long as it keeps in vein with the blog.

WHY MY POSTS ARE SO LONG

I want to do justice to my subject matter. I accept that some things in the world are complicated, and as such shouldn’t be simplified. The best I can guarantee is that I’ll aim to write no more than a thousand words per post, always include a picture, and to stick to one singular concept at a time.

WHY DO YOU OVERINTELLECTUALIZE

If I could give you a content theme, it would be “overintellectualizing things”. I hardly write about myself because that’s boring. Recently, I like to write about movies, campus life (while I still can), some politics now and then, and the general things that I feel that people should know about. I’m also trying to keep things more informal and posts shorter nowadays.

THE ORIGINAL HEADER

Boylston Station, Boston, MA, United States of America

Taken by Eugene Tan, a friend of mine during our visit to Boston for HNMUN 2006. As you can see, I’ve photoshopped out the station name and put in the blog’s name, and colourized the photo to match the colour scheme.
